Global Properties and NEOTEC Launch Lakeview Project

Global Properties, one of the leading real estate dealers in the country, in collaboration with NEOTEC, have laid the foundation for the construction of Lake View project in Kotu. The laying down of the foundation was held on Wednesday, February 21st. It signals the commencement of a project set to redefine luxury living standards within the country.
The Lakeview project promises to redefine luxury living with its array of upscale amenities and spacious living spaces. Comprising 177 units ranging from studios to two and three-bedroom apartments, the project aims to address the growing demand for high-end housing options.
Saul Frazer, CEO of Global Properties, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, emphasising its crucial role in the company’s real estate journey. He highlighted the company’s commitment to providing stress-free home-buying experiences and noted its impressive contributions to the real estate landscape in The Gambia.
