Barrow Sisters reveal how Ramou Sabally exited the NPP without uttering a word

The Barrow Sisters last week organized a press conference to enlighten the public on their planned activities for the fast-approaching general election. The event also addressed issues, relating to the defection of Ramou Sabally to the UDP.

The media conference held at the NPP Bureau in Churchill’s Town dealt with issues such as the group’s level of preparedness for the December election as well as the defection to the UDP of one of the group’s former influential members, Ramou Sabally.

Addressing journalists, Jainaba Barrow, President of the Barrow Sisters said they were blindsided by Ramou’s jumping ship as she neither informed the group verbally nor otherwise.

The Barrow Sisters president told Ramou Sabally that she could not drain the group’s support for Barrow as, according to him, all the members of the group are loyal to the NPP. She warned Madam Sabally to leave the President alone for peace to prevail.

The Barrow Sisters President urged Gambian women to support President Barrow’s agenda as he has lot in store for them.
